About SIP
AD&V®’s 8-week Summer Internship Program is available from late May to early August. Other internship opportunities throughout the rest of the year are available upon request and depending on necessity.
We seek interns who will be an exceptional addition to our team! As an Intern, you will be a member of a thriving team dedicated to finding solutions in sustainable architecture and interior design to enhances people’s experience of the world and improves their lives.
From sketching & designing, to renderings & site visits, you’ll be a part of an integrated team that values the importance of design and who’s skills, artistry, commitment to social responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work together sets us apart from the rest. We are looking for team players with a positive attitude that are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take on any challenge, big or small.
Eligibility
This is a unique opportunity for college students in their third or fourth year who wants to gain exposure on how AD&V® helps shape the architecture and design industry. This program is open to students currently enrolled in an accredited institution, for a minimum of six semesters; have shown outstanding design performance, with special consideration being given to academic achievement. Architecture students shall be registered for NCARB’s AXP program in order to qualify for the hours of practice.
Along the way, you will gain insight into how our team grasps the essence of a place and its true purpose in the community and showcase it through world-class design.

Required Skills
Hand drafting
Cad Knowledge - basic required
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in 3D Modelling and Rendering Software, SketchUp, Lumion
Proficiency in Graphic Design Software | Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Strong Oral and Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to work in an open office, collaborative teamwork environment
Revit knowledge preferred
