Production Staff

AD&V® is looking for a Production Staff to join our growing and talented Production Team. This person will be a fundamental member of our architectural team supporting in the development of production drawings and construction documents. Together you will help us continue to create Places of Purpose!

This is a Full-Time position in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

This position is perfect for you if…

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture.

  • You are bilingual: English and Spanish.

  • You have proficiency in REVIT.

  • You have proficiency in AutoCAD.

  • You have proficiency in Lumion.

  • You have proficiency in Sketch Up.

  • You have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • You know how to use Microsoft Office.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Working from the design of others under the direction of a Licensed Architect. 

  • Performing routine architectural assignments.  

  • Coordinating with the project team, consultants, and clients. 

  • Collaborating with team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones. 

  • Architectural Drafting in AUTOCAD and Revit. 

  • Developing technical and design solutions under the supervision of Architects, Team Leaders, and/or Project Managers. 

  • Preparing project presentations. 

  • Preparing project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data as well as reviewing completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.  

  • Creating and Managing Digital Design and Building Models. 

  • Creating digital 3D renderings. 

  • Preparing Construction Documents and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM software. 

  • Assisting in Client communications and documentation. 

  • Working independently to acquire the skills and mastery of the software used to perform the duties assigned. 

  • Attending Client Meetings and Preparing Meeting Minutes. 

  • Preparing as-built drawings. 

  • Visiting Job Sites. 

  • Construction Observation. 

  • Any duty and task assigned by Studio Team Leaders and Project Managers.
